Loyalty platform redesign under a leadership gap

Delivered pixel-perfect mockups for a v2.0 → v3.0 redesign of Aeroplan's redemption platform. Manager went on leave shortly after I started. I self-taught the tooling, rebuilt the design library, led client presentations solo, and secured approval with minimal revision requests.
